## <mark style="color:blue;">Block Randomization</mark>

A few years ago, I was preparing for a PreQuilt demo and I wanted to showcase how great the block randomizer feature was. I took one of my favorite quilts - the Hunter's Star - and tried to spice it up a bit. Instead of having a two color (fabric) quilt, could I add a third color without compromising the minimalism of this quilt?

My answer is, YES! I cloned the block and created a subtle variation of the original I really loved the overall effect of the quilt - still minimal - but with a bit of a modern twist. I love how by adding a third fabric and randomly laying out the blocks, my eye is constantly moving across the quilt and there is also an added depth to the quilt as well.

One day I'll make one of these, but for now, I'm happily creating different color and layout versions.
